2Account Registration & Management

When registering on bvb8, you must provide accurate and complete information. Accounts created using false details will be suspended immediately and any balance may be forfeited.

Account Registration Requirements

• One Account Policy: Each person may hold only one account. If multiple accounts are detected, all of them will be closed.
• Accurate Information: Your name, date of birth, address, and contact details must all be accurate.
• Password Security: Keep your password confidential. Sharing account access with others is not permitted.
• Account Transfers Prohibited: Selling, transferring, or renting your account to anyone is strictly prohibited.
• Info Updated: Please notify us promptly if any of your details change.

During registration, you will create a username and password. Keeping this information secure is entirely your responsibility. If you suspect any unauthorized access to your account, notify us immediately.

3Age Verification & KYC Process

Bvb8 strictly enforces an 18+ policy. We will verify your identity and age after registration or before processing withdrawals. This process is known as KYC (Know Your Customer).

Documents Required for KYC Verification

• Proof of Identity: National ID (NID), passport, or driving licence.
• Proof of Address: Utility bill or bank statement (dated within the last 3 months).
• Payment Verification: bKash/Nagad/Rocket numbers may be verified.

KYC verification typically takes 24–72 hours. Your account will remain active during the process, though withdrawals may be limited. If any document is incorrect or unclear, we will ask you to resubmit it.

4Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

Bvb8 supports all major mobile banking methods in Bangladesh, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. Please keep the following rules in mind when making transactions.

Deposit Terms

• Minimum Deposit: ৳500
• Deposits are generally credited to your account instantly.
• Only use payment methods registered in your own name.
• Deposits from third-party accounts will not be accepted.

Withdrawal Terms

• Minimum Withdrawal: ৳500
• Maximum daily withdrawal: ৳5,00,000 (for KYC-verified accounts).
• Average processing time: 3–15 minutes.
• Withdrawals can only be processed using the same method used for the original deposit.
• Withdrawals may be held until the bonus wagering requirement is completed.

5Bonus & Promotion Terms

Bvb8 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each bonus comes with specific terms that must be read before claiming. Accepting a bonus constitutes agreement to its associated terms.

General Bonus Terms

• Wagering Requirement: Every bonus carries a wagering requirement (typically 10x–30x). Withdrawals will not be permitted until this requirement is met.
• Duration: Bonuses must be used within the specified period after claiming (typically 7–30 days).
• A welcome bonus: The welcome bonus can only be claimed once per account.

Bvb8 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time. Any abuse of the bonus system will result in bonus cancellation, and associated winnings may also be forfeited.

6Betting Rules

The following rules must be followed when placing bets on bvb8. Violating these terms and conditions may result in the cancellation of bet outcomes.

• Bet Confirmation: Once confirmed, bets cannot be changed or cancelled (except via the Cash Out feature).
• Event Cancellation: If an event is cancelled, the stake for that bet will be refunded.
• Maximum Win: A maximum win cap applies to individual bets.
• Technical Error: Bets recorded at incorrect odds due to a system error will be voided.
• Match Fixing: Bets placed on suspicious matches may be subject to investigation.

7Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bvb8 platform. Any violation of these Terms & Conditions will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of remaining balance.

• Creating multiple accounts or abusing bonus offers.
• Registering with a false identity or fraudulent information.
• Hacking, software manipulation, or the use of any unauthorized technology.
• Money laundering or handling of illegal funds.
• Attempting to access another user's account.
• Participating in match fixing or any corrupt activity.
• Using bots or automated software for betting or gaming.
• Copying or distributing platform content for commercial purposes.

8Account Suspension & Closure

Bvb8 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account without notice under the following circumstances.

• If there is evidence of a Terms violation or fraudulent activity.
• If KYC verification fails or fraudulent documents are submitted.
• If an account has been inactive for an extended period (more than 12 months).
• When required to comply with law enforcement directives.
• When a user activates self-exclusion at their own request.

9Responsible Gaming Policy

Bvb8 believes gaming should be a source of entertainment — not addiction. We actively promote responsible gaming and provide support to players who may be struggling.

• Deposit Limit: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.
• Loss Limit: Betting stops automatically once you've lost a set amount.

• We will respond to your complaint within 14 business days of receipt.
